We have now launched the Backerkit surveys. This allows you to confirm your chosen rewards as well as order add-on items. At the same time we have also opened our pre-order store in Backerkit which is how we will allow people who missed the campaign to order items.
Shipping Fees
After careful consideration we have also included shipping straight away so that you will know the shipping fee immediately and will be charged for any extras and the shipping in one go, in October.
As mentioned before we are setting maximum fees, these are based on current prices of shipping, when it comes to shipping we will work out what you are due and order the shipping with the best available based on what you paid.
The fees we have set are weight based on the following ranges:
- UK (£10-£15)
- Europe (£20-£30)
- USA & Canada (£25-£35)
- Rest of the World (£30-£40)
Survey Inductions
Everyone from this campaign will be sent an email over the next two days with a link to access your survey. Once on the survey you will receive confirmation of your reward tier. (this reward tier cannot be changed) But you can order additional add-ons if you wish.
Once you confirm your address you will be taken to a screen that confirms your chosen add-on items after which you can potentially add additional add-on items if you wish. Then finally you can provide your address and payment details for shipping (if shipping is needed). Before completing the survey. Add-on Items
We have a variety of add-ons available in Backerkit, these are items that we already have available, some items from the campaign are no longer available as they need to be ordered immediately. Below you can see the items available on Backerkit.
These are the new Fatal Femme book options, these prices are based on the new content and size of the books and matches what we charge normally in our adult book campaigns. Please remember than all backers on Kickstarter who chose a physical edition of the book will receive the collectors edition automatically, but for those who didn't order it during the campaign you will have to order via the add-on store at the standard prices. We will however also be offering a softcover edition at the lower price.
In addition to the Fatal Femmes books we have several past books available as add-ons in both digital, softcover and collectors editions. These books are all limited editions after this campaign it will not be possible to order any of these books again since we have now revised these books into a new standard format which is how they will be offered in future campaigns. Similarly collectors editions of our future books will only be available in the Kickstarter campaign that funded its creation.
Lastly we have a couple of digital items available including digital images of the Fatal Femme dakimakuras and the NSFW Stories PDF that was going to be offered before the book was upgraded as described in the last update, unfortunately we are unable to offer this book as a physical edition, but if you would like to access the original content adult DreamZ content you can do so via this PDF which includes the original cartoon style missions and the cartoon style adult stories.
Schedule for Backerkit
With Backerkit now live, we wanted to give you an idea of our plans for the campaign, first of all Backerkit will be live for everyone to select add-ons and confirm your rewards until at least the end of September. But beyond that it will be kept live until the Fatal Femmes book including the brand new adult stories have all been completed and the book is ready to go to print.
When that occurs Backerkit will be locked down, backers can continue to update their address all the way up until we are ready to ship but your payments will begin to be processed at this time ready for when we will ship items out later in the month. Once the books have arrived to us, we will check them and ship items out immediately finalising this by locking the shipping address (a 48 hour warning will be sent out about this address locking, after the address is locked we cannot change the shipping address). At the same time we will then begin uploading digital rewards to backers as well.
Our artists are confident that the adult stories will be completed by the end of September and thus we should receive all the books by mid-October so that they can still be dispatched before the end of October, similarly the other physical rewards from Kickstarter should arrive to us around the same time so that all items can ship together. But we will reconfirm all this closer to the time once the books begin printing in October. Tracking details will be added to Backerkit when items are dispatched.
N.b. Anyone who has not paid their shipping fees will have their shipments held until they do. The deadline for this will be one month after the main rewards have all been dispatched (likely near the end of November) if unpaid by the final deadline you will lose access to your physical rewards. In this event you will not be due a refund, we will send warnings to anyone this applies to at the time.
Warning: If you provide a PO Box address, locker or drop off location, your items will be sent by royal mail standard parcels post, with no tracking or insurance. If the item is lost or damaged on route you will not be able to claim a replacement or refund. So we strongly advise you to provide a standard residential address for shipment so that in the unlikely event of an issue arising it can be resolved for you with a replacement or refund (depending on the items).
First Edition Books - Last Chance
One last thing for those interested... This Backerkit post campaign run will be the last opportunity to get Collectors Editions or first edition softcovers of our past books.
These four books have now been revised and will be transformed into six 136 page books, Maid Girls will be renamed Lovely Girls, content edited slightly to make the page layouts look better with the page art going to the edge of the page. Delightful Sins will similarly be edited so that dialogue is adjusted slightly and page art goes to the edge of the page with no border. Monstrous Beauties will be reduced from 200 pages to 136 pages with several stories that do not suit the book removed. Quintessential Beauties will be altered to be two volumes of 136 pages with some material removed too. And all the content of the signature edition of Quintessential Beauties with the content removed from the standard edition and monstrous beauties will be combined with other illustrations to create a new book we have called Devilish Stories.
Fatal Femmes will with the changes previously mentioned become the seventh book in this new series of 136 page adult graphic novel books. In the future our softcover editions will always be 136 pages and bonus content will be placed in the collector editions only (then any extra collectors edition content will after several books be combined into an anthology book like Devlish Stories for those who don't order the collectors editions of our books). PDFs of these first editions are also still available on this campaign.
Anyway we still have a limited amount of leftover stock of the first editions of these books and so those are available as add-ons in the post campaign backerkit survey as well as available to non-backers via the backerkit pre-order store that is open as well. But when they are gone they are gone as we have limited stock and will not be printing more. ALSO when Backerkit closes in October these editions will never be available online again. So this really is the last chance to get a collectors edition of our previous books or even a first edition of a softcover. All future campaigns will only offer the new book editions as softcover books and PDFs
Next Update
Our next update will be at the start of October once we have begun to arrange for the printing of the Fatal Femme books to give you all an update on the lock down and charging of the shipping fees and items of the campaign.
